LATENT LIGHT
Photography as latent process.
Not representation.
The image does not appear.
It emerges.
Exposure precedes visibility.
Visibility remains conditional.
LATENT LIGHT is an ongoing body of analog photographic work. It investigates the conditions under which images emerge or remain latent. Photography is approached as a material and temporal process.
The FRAGMENTATOR defines the conditions of exposure. Not the image.
What remains when light touches matter?
Not the whole.
A fragment.
Not the truth.
A trace.
